Residential complex in the town of Smolian, consisted of 19 apartments /each with area between 50 and 130 square metres/ and 3 shops, as well as special panoramic view apartments.

Even built up, hotel Abeer is being expanded.. Forthcoming is the building of another 3 blocks, by means of which the list with the offered services for the guests will be increased.

Hotel and restaurant, offering national kitchen, snack bar, internet and billiards club, lobby bar, 30 super luxury hotel rooms, 16 double and 18 single rooms, 8 apartments as well as double and single rooms for disabled people.

This project includes reconstruction of an existing building and its reconstruction in a small family hotel. The project, even small for the dimensions of our activity, was a real challenge for our engineers.
