The hotel complex "Atlantic" is situated at 250 metres from the sea coast, near the resorts Golden sands and Sunny beach.

The hotel complex offers double and triple rooms with a romantic view over the sea. The rooms dispose of WC and bathroom, modern furniture, satellite TV and 24-hours room service.

The project at this moment

At this moment the hotel is built up to about 5000 m².

Nowadays hotel "Atlantic" is five floors building with extended built up area above 3700 m².

The project is for reconstruction and modernization of an existing hotel building into a multifunctional residence and hotel with category 4+ stars.

The new buildings will have about 12500 m² extended built up area with the following premises:

• Kitchens and shops, indoor swimming pool, sauna
• SPA centre, bar and café-patisserie
• Reception, room for the security
• Administration, 8 single rooms
• Lobby bar and vienner salon
• Standard restaurant and restaurant with traditional kitchen
• Fish restaurant
• Exit to the garden and the outdoor swimming pool

Next come 4 similar floors with 16 appartments and 7 hotel rooms each and 2 floors with work rooms and attic rooms.

The swimming pool in front of the hotel is a favourite place for rest. It attracts many of the guests with the open-air cocktail-bar and the great number of exotic and refreshing drinks.
