The region is rich in architectural and historical monuments, natural sights and has well built infrastructure.

The complex has extended built up area of 28 244 m ² and contains hotel, trade and entertainment centre and parking areas.

The trade and entertainment centre consists of conference halls, cinema, casino, bowling, billiards, trade complex, disco, SPA centre as well as helicopter landing place for the special guests.

The hotel consists of a presidential appartment, 4 business apartments, 38 appartments, 42 double rooms, 18 single rooms, lobby bar, folk-style restaurant and main restaurant, panoramic swimming pool on K+52 with wet bar, which offers a panoramic view over the town and the magnificent Rhodopean nature.
